A 211-unit apartment complex composed of eleven three-story buildings, on five individual tracts in the Historic Fort Sanders neighborhood.
The buildings' street presence is broken down in scale by the use of an articulated plan that creates the image of multiple structures. These "Multiple Structures" have a variation of design combinations that help breakdown the massing and create a similar image to the neighborhood's Historic Victorian structures. The buildings exterior materials and elements also reflect those traditionally found in the area. |
