PIPS Technology’s goal was to have a unique premier building that portrays their advanced industry of development and manufacture of (ANPR) Automatic Number Plate Recognition systems, parking systems, bus lane enforcement, congestion charging, and access control, as well as having its exterior being a clear expression of the interior main functions.

Delivering such a substantial suspended canopy delineates the entry and lobby, a protruding metal paneled curved wall defines the Training Room and the second floor exposed curved trussed roof structure houses the Research and Development Department. The blend of brick, metal panels and clean lines of metal siding and trim express the distinctive nature of the high-tech work produced within the structure.

DIA also provided the Interior Design services offering a parallel design concept to the exterior imagery.
