Site masterplanning services were provided to maximize the site’s building capacity, while capitalizing on the existing lake as the major attraction. Site amenities include lakefront patios and boardwalks, waterfall feature, and lake fountains.

DIA also provided the design services for Buildings 1 and 2 containing 27,000 sq.ft. and 15,000 sq.ft. respectively. Building 1 is a 3-story owner occupied office building for Rodefer Moss, CPA as well as RM Technologies. Building 2 is a 3-story speculative office building designed for multiple tenants, with a dental clinic occupying the first floor. Building 1’s mechanical system is a chilled water VAV system.
