Design of a 3-story, 33,500s.f. office building, located off Interstate 40 and Gallaher View Road. The main Tenant will occupy the top two floors, with the balance being Rental Office space.

This newly constructed office building is a project full of constraints. What materialized from these constraints is a functional, aesthetically pleasing structure meeting the client's parameters.

This Client's wishes were to have a signature building in Knoxville. The glass portion of the structure is designed to portray a modernistic progressive building, while instilling a strong down to earth traditional feeling found in the brick.
